The hotel's decoration was charming and reminiscent of a cozy home, which made me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible with no stairs to climb and had spacious elevators that made it convenient for me to move around.

I would have loved to see more activities and programs specifically tailored for senior guests.

Excellent customer service and close proximity to Downtown Kharkiv. Staff was great I got lost and they talked me through directions over the phone - very helpful. Complimentary breakfast from 7 am. Very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again.

It was my first trip to Kharkov and I had no idea what to expect. City Club turned out to be a really nice hotel. Comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff. I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel on a recent trip. The location on a main avenue made it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a luxurious stay. The hotel also offered a range of services such as room service, laundry, and airport shuttle, making our stay even more convenient. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would love to stay here again in the future.

The only downside of this place is that it is not exactly central, but it was still easily accessible to the city center. However, given the quality of service and comfort provided, this hotel is definitely worth the extra distance.

The male staff are not that friendly. The room was not cleaned on a daily basis. Reluctant to change a soiled duvet until we insisted. A bit far away from main town attractions. Not much options for breakfast, you eat what you are served.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the airport, and a relatively short drive from the city center. the staff was kind enough to arrange for airport pick-up, which was a plus. the room was clean and had all necessary amenities. Bathroom was also clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast service was disappointing, with food that wasn't fresh, and coffee that tasted bad.
